Position
Brief Description Of The Role
You lead Atlante's marketing operations function as a shared capability serving all European markets and myAtlante product team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you own the operational backbone (CRM, marketing automation, performance marketing, the marketing tech stack and the WATT) and you enable internal clients (Country teams and myAtlante) to plan, launch, optimise and measure their campaigns. You make execution disciplined, consistent and measurable across markets.

Core Responsibilities
- Build, run and continuously improve Atlante's shared marketing capabilities: CRM, marketing automation and performance marketing, used by all markets and by myAtlante.
- Own the governance of the marketing tech stack and the WATT: configuration, access, standards, integrations, tool level data hygiene, vendor management.
- Enable internal clients (Country teams, myAtlante) in planning, setting up, launching and optimising campaigns across CRM and paid channels.
- Define and enforce operational standards: campaign workflows, QA, naming conventions, audience management, measurement tagging and consent compliance.
- Coordinate execution with central agencies and with the digital teams.
- Execute campaign optimisation actions (budget reallocation, audience and channel adjustments) based on the analysis and recommendations of the Data & Analytics Manager.
- Manage localisation of campaigns and assets across markets.
- Manage the operational execution of the marketing budget at programme level, including agency and vendor spend.
- Provide the CMO with operational performance reporting and flag execution risks early.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Performance Marketing, CRM or martech roles, with proven hands on ownership of the tools (not only oversight).
- Proven experience running shared marketing capabilities or a center of excellence across multiple countries.
- Strong, practical knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, performance marketing and the related delivery tooling.
- Experience coordinating external agencies and managing vendor relationships and operational budgets.
- Experience in technology, mobility, energy, infrastructure or fast growing international environments is a plus.
- Strong process, governance, stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Fluent English.
