What To Expect
As a Product Manager on the Charging Digital Experiences team, you will support the development and delivery of software products that power Tesla’s global charging network. You’ll work closely with the product and cross-functional teams to help shape the roadmap, gather requirements, and ensure smooth launches of charging software solutions. This role is an opportunity to learn end-to-end product management while contributing to projects that enhance the customer experience for EV charging worldwide.
You’ll assist in defining customer needs, tracking product performance, and coordinating with engineering and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about technology and sustainability. What You'll Do
Gather and document product requirements across hardware, firmware, software, and user experience for charging experiences globallyDrive alignment amongst stakeholders on user experience, priorities, and timelinesTrack product performance metrics and report progress against goalsConduct basic market and competitive research to inform product decisionsCollect and organize customer feedback to validate requirements and identify improvement areasEvaluate technical feasibility and costs with engineering teamsDrive pilot programs and analyze results to refine product featuresEnsure compliance requirements are met for charging expansion and government featuresCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful commercialization of charging products
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)2-3 years of experience in product management or a related roleComprehensive understanding of software development processes and interest in learning hardware/firmware integrationStrong organizational and communication skills for working with multiple teamsAbility to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing prioritiesPassion for clean energy, technology, and delivering great customer experiences

Expected Compensation
$136,000 - $204,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
