We are seeking a Senior Vehicle Dynamics Engineer to lead chassis performance development in Europe for global vehicle programs. You will own the full V‑model lifecycle: benchmarking, target setting, DNA tuning, validation, and series production support, serving as the key technical interface between HQ and European teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead vehicle dynamics development: benchmarking, target definition, brand DNA tuning, and regional validation
- Own chassis tuning & calibration (suspension, steering, dampers, tires, bushings, anti‑roll bars)
- Drive chassis standards, processes, and cross‑functional/global collaboration
- Lead supplier technical alignment and requirement definition
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Automotive / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
- 10+ years vehicle dynamics experience; 8+ years at European/North American OEMs
- Led 2–3+ full vehicle dynamics programs from concept to SOP
- Expert in multi‑body dynamics & professional subjective evaluation capability
- Proficient with CANape, INCA, ADAMS/CarMaker, test tools
- Fluent English; German a strong plus
- EU work authorization; based in or willing to relocate to Munich
