Role Responsibilities
- Set and manage monthly/quarterly/yearly targets and derive corresponding sales programs and policies to assist dealer network in achieving targets
- Oversees and manage the entire supply chain from ordering to production to overall logistics arrangement. In charge of planning, coordinating and optimizing the flow of contract goods from the point of orders to retail partners
- Define stock holding policy and manage stock pipeline to fulfill set financial and sales targets
- Setup retail operation guidelines and policies to enhance customer experience from franchise dealer network under refined processes and hardware setup
- Develop regular sales team criteria to secure retail sales team quality and ability and link frontline operational findings to training for sales academy setup, sales team qualification and certification mechanism for both quantitative and qualitative metrics
- Aligned with product and manufacture department to ensure the quality, quantity and timely manufacturing of products
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including product, retail operation, and Aftersales departments, to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives
Qualifications & requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain logistic or a related role within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of the Australian automotive market and a keen interest in the electric vehicle industry.
- Deep experience of supply chain management and distribution and stock pipeline management
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies
- Successful candidate will needs to be able to work independently without extensive supervision on assigned projects.
- Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities
- Technology skills to utilize MS suits and database software tools in daily tasks
- Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations specialists, collaborating departments and upper management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, adaptable to change, and highly self-motivated.
