NHOA Energy's Graduate Program is an accelerated, two-year journey designed to develop the future leaders of the company. Through structured cross-functional experience, you will rotate across our Engineering, Business Development/Technical Sales teams. At every step, you will benefit from valuable experience, exposure to senior leadership, a personalized training and development plan, and formal mentoring.

Your mission
Your journey will start with a full-time permanent contract and a 1-month Academy at our Milan HQ, followed by an 18-month cross-functional rotation across Engineering and Business Development/TechSales teams, and conclude with a 5-month final placement in the target department for tailored training and role integration
Your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
- Analyze market trends to identify and develop new business opportunities;
- Develop and structure technical and commercial proposals for advanced energy storage projects;
- Perform system sizing, validate designs, and optimize project costs;
- Contribute to client relationship management, including support in contractual negotiations;
- Contribute to contractor scouting and engagement to enable competitive balance of plant quotation;
- Monitor technical progress and support the Engineering team throughout project execution;
- Drive continuous improvement by enhancing tools and streamlining internal processes.
Requirements
Requirements
- Master of Science in Energy or Electrical Engineering. Outstanding graduates in Automation, Mechanical, or Management Engineering will be considered; experience in renewables, BESS, or grid systems academic projects, will be positively evaluated;
- Recent graduate or with up to 1 year of experience;
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Proficiency in English. Any additional language will be considered a plus;
- Legally entitled to work in Italy on a full-time basis;
- Availability to work at our HQ in Milan, Piazzale Lodi
