Job title: Network Development Intern
We are looking for an energetic, proactive intern with some experience in store construction to join our team. As a Network Development Intern, you will be involved in various stages of preparing, designing, renovating, and optimizing the layout of XPENG Motors stores to ensure they operate efficiently and smoothly. This position provides valuable learning opportunities and will give you in-depth insight into the core operations of the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and managing store renovation processes to ensure they meet budget, quality, and timeline requirements;
- Track and document the details of the store construction process, providing timely updates to the project lead;
- Complete other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Students in architecture, interior design, retail management, or related fields are preferred;
- Detail-oriented, patient, and capable of problem-solving;
- Proficiency in office software (e.g. Mircosoft);
- Ability to communicate in English.
- AutoCAD will be a plus.
