What You'll Do
Early planning & procurement — Engage during concept and design developmen to flag long-lead items, support procurement, and define scope buy-out strategies that protect schedule and costProject execution — Lead complex contracted and self-performed construction work with integrated scheduling, daily/weekly progress tracking, cost and resource control, and clear reporting to leadership and stakeholdersSchedule ownership — Build, maintain, and drive master and detail schedules; resolve critical-path constraints; surface blockers early; and align cross-functional partners to keep milestones on trackField leadership — Direct contractors and self-perform crews safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with site rules and standardsSite logistics — Develop and update site logistics and execution plans that support both contracted and self-performed scopesDesign & quality — Partner with engineering to resolve design issues pragmatically; verify installations meet end-user needs and quality targets; schedule and lead QC and required inspections (authority having jurisdiction, vendors, etc.); coordinate tool install, move-in, anchoring, and utility tie-insReporting & risk — Deliver accurate, timely updates on schedule, budget, risks, and KPIs for all work under your control
What You'll Bring
Minimum 4 years leading construction execution in manufacturing or industrial environments; direct experience managing self-performed work and early-stage procurement / buy-out strongly preferredTechnical coordination — Ability to read and reconcile multidisciplinary drawings and coordinate across functions for on-time installationScheduling— Skill in building phased and accelerated schedules (including partial/fragment releases) to support compressed completionsCode & occupancy — Working knowledge of applicable codes and building occupancy requirementsOperating environment — Proven success in a high-performance, matrixed organization with aggressive timelines and goalsCommunication— Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skillsJudgment— Sound decision-making and ability to align key stakeholders under pressure

Expected Compensation
$108,000 - $162,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
