Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Creative Leadership: Lead the creative team to develop core concepts based on client insights and project strategies. Take full ownership of the final creative output quality.
- Production Oversight: Manage the production of all brand and vehicle-related content (including TVCs, functional videos, Key Visuals, and CGI) to ensure the final deliverables meet the creative vision.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the creative team. Allocate tasks efficiently, foster a collaborative creative environment, and ensure resources are flexible to meet business needs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively within the department and across other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Education & Language: Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably in Art/Design). Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Core Competencies: Proven track record of leading successful automotive campaigns. Possess a strong aesthetic sense and excellent presentation skills.
- Certifications: Prior winners of international creative awards (e.g., Cannes Lions, The One Show) are preferred.
- Other: Willingness to travel frequently across European countries. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and adapt to cross-time-zone collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in creative management for premium/luxury automotive brands (e.g., BBA, Volvo, Porsche).
- Familiarity with EU advertising regulations and industry self-discipline guidelines to ensure content compliance.
