We are currently seeking a Sr. Global Supply Manager supporting Chassis Systems. The Global Supply Manager manages all company business with a group of suppliers and is the key internal interface with Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Quality and Manufacturing to deliver world class products on time and cost effectively. The Global Supply Manager must identify, develop, and manage the global Supply Chain. He or she will help establish our global supply chain strategy, support cross-functional teams during the development and industrialization phases and drive sound business decisions throughout the product life cycle. Responsibilities include collaborating with Engineering and Supplier Quality to identify potential suppliers, creating RFQs, reviewing and analyzing quotations, negotiating contracts, managing supplier development and tooling timelines, maintaining supplier relationships, creating and reconciling purchase orders, and traveling 10-20% to visit suppliers. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or related field with 5 years experience (Masters preferred), experience in Automotive Purchasing or related to Chassis systems, understanding of chassis design and manufacturing processes, product launch experience preferred, strong analytical and negotiation skills, proficiency in Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), and ability to work onsite in Casa Grande or Phoenix, AZ with no remote option. The role requires working in office to mirror west coast hours until 7:30 pm EST M-F.
