What To Expect
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to join our Structures Engineering Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of program timing, quality, and cost. This role requires maintaining and adjusting the overall program schedule, identifying and resolving concerns regarding product development, supplier selection, manufacturability, and testing. You will interact with multiple departments, including engineering, supplier quality, manufacturing, finance, and the greater vehicle program management team.
What You'll Do
Work within design engineering to understand and communicate the latest program plan of record and performance criteriaTrack, report, and maintain statuses and investigations of schedule, mass, and costCoordinate, manage, and track multiple design iterations with CAE team for virtual design validationWork with other engineering program leaders to coordinate and manage prototype development, schedule, and contentCollaborate with supply chain management to understand raw material availability, constraints, strategy, and technologiesManage latest design intent, changes, data delivery, and part requirements with suppliersEstablish, organize, and track physical design validation targets and test cases for new development and introductionCreate, audit, and coordinate release of engineering change orders for tooling supplier kickoff, part modifications, and BOM change managementWork closely with NPI group to establish and communicate engineering deliverables and manufacturing constraints on new programs and running changesManage supplier feedback, DFM, and supplier strategy
What You'll Bring
2+ years of technical project/program management experienceHigh-level understanding of CAD, BOM management, and change managementDemonstrated excellence in organizational skills, time management, and creativity in dynamic work environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office productsAbility to have a problem-solving mindset and passion to oversee a project from concept to implementationOutstanding oral and written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex information in a straightforward wayAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and work in an extremely fast-paced environment, both independently and in a team environment

Expected Compensation
$88,000 - $186,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
