The Role
RRC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily logistics and warehouse operations at our Broomfield, CO facility. This role is integral to maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring adherence to QA/QC standards, and supporting internal communication through timely reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP Business ByDesign (ByD), excellent attention to detail, and a strong commitment to operational excellence.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics within the SAP ByD ERP system, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
- Monitor and reconcile inventory levels, implementing adjustments as necessary to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts in collaboration with warehouse team members
- Coordinate and manage Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) with clients and vendors, ensuring timely processing, accurate documentation, and clear communication with stakeholders to support resolution efforts.
- Ensure all warehouse processes meet internal QA/QC standards and support continuous improvement efforts
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Toronto-based procurement team to resolve inventory, order, and shipment inquiries
- Generate and maintain shipping documentation, schedule freight pickups, and provide tracking information to clients
- Compile and deliver accurate inventory and logistics reports to internal teams and management
- Assist with warehouse and office administrative functions, including but not limited to:
- Ordering supplies for warehouse and office operations
- Coordinating catering for team and client meetings
- Booking flights and hotels for business travel and site visits
- Supporting ad hoc tasks and other duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Ideal Profile
Minimum Qualifications (knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)
- Hands-on experience with SAP ByD or a similar ERP system
- Experience managing serialized and batch-managed materials
- Proven ability to handle and track high-value inventory items with accuracy and care
- Solid understanding of safe storage practices and regulatory compliance in a warehouse environment
- Background in logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory control
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/shipping platforms
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues across departments
