Tesla is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, analytical, innovative, and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic Benefits team. The Associate ADA Analyst position will be responsible for supporting specific functions aligning with ADA leave administration, engaging employees in the interactive process to review accommodation requests, action daily tasks, participation in strategic and innovation sessions, and other case management work as needed.
What You'll Do
Provide end-to-end case management including engaging the employee, vendors, work location and other stakeholdersManage ADA communications, receive and respond to employee, manager and HR partner inquiries regarding ADA status or questionsExecute changes in HRIS system, ticketing system, and coordinate with applicable departmentsInterpret and administer ADA regulations in accordance with applicable federal and state laws (FMLA, ADA, ADAAA, USERRA, Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA), etc.)Create or manage ADA status reporting delivery and accuracyParticipate in strategic and innovation sessions to improve ADA administration and managementEngage employees in the interactive process to review accommodation requests
What You'll Bring
2+ years of workplace accommodations, leave of absence, or human resources experienceBachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experienceAbility to problem solve and think criticallyAbility to work in a team environment with a strong sense of urgencyStrong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills desiredHRIS or ticketing experience a plusKnowledge of ADA administration and management, ERISA, ACA, HIPAA
