About the Role
The Technical Project Manager will coordinate delivery across Greenlane’s growing portfolio of products. This role plays a central part in aligning cross-functional teams, driving sprint execution, facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing timelines, and ensuring delivery readiness. It also contributes to go-to-market planning, product validation efforts, and hardware interoperability testing with OEM and charging partners.
Success in this role requires strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations to ensure that delivery processes are efficient, transparent, and aligned to business goals. The role combines technical awareness with hands-on coordination and quality oversight to support the launch of high-quality, scalable software and hardware-integrated solutions.
Experience in the EV, energy, or infrastructure sectors is considered a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives to keep teams aligned and on track
- Coordinate delivery across multiple product areas, ensuring dependencies are managed and backlogs are well-groomed and prioritized
- Support hardware interoperability testing and lead product-driven testing efforts, from test plan preparation to session facilitation and follow-up retrospectives
- Partner with QA and engineering to improve validation workflows and ensure testing aligns with product requirements
- Draft and publish clear, stakeholder-ready release notes; maintain accurate documentation in Confluence, SharePoint, and related tools
- Track and analyze sprint metrics to surface delivery trends and identify opportunities for team improvement
- Manage the intake, triage, and refinement of feature requests, converting inputs into actionable product backlog items
- Plan and coordinate internal product demos to keep cross-functional teams and stakeholders informed
- Track and drive resolution of issues with third-party software providers, maintaining visibility across tools like Confluence and Zendesk
- Log and escalate hardware issues with OEM partners, ensuring clear tracking and accountability
- Support internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, including documentation updates and coordination of learning sessions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product delivery processes, tools, and collaboration practices across the organization
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a B2B SaaS or platform-focused organization
- Experience working in or closely with QA teams
- Experience working with product teams to define requirements, plan releases, and ensure successful feature delivery
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager leading high-performing teams
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks, ceremonies, and backlog management
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Asana, and Figma
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
- Bonus if you have experience in EV charging, utility data, or energy software domains
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent experience
