Your Impact
- Design and implement effective leadership and development programs tailored for hourly employees and kitchen management teams
- Create an employee lifecycle that yields a highly motivated and skilled national team
- Ensure organizational cohesion
- Oversee recruiting and workforce development to help us scale
- Work with the executive team to develop a strong culture across the organization
- Oversee additional HR initiatives
Qualifications:
- 5 –15 years of experience in People Operations, specializing in building high-performing teams of field employees. Experience in the culinary or hospitality industries is highly preferred
- Proven track record of implementing successful training and development programs, with multiple examples demonstrating a positive impact on employee performance, retention, and organizational goals
- A strong vision and innovative ideas for building exceptional teams, organizations, and workplace cultures
- Results-driven and high-achieving, with a strong commitment to excellence
- Excited to work in a small company, start-up environment
Salary Range: $150 – $200,000
