About The Role:
As a CBRE AI Product Manager, you will assist in managing complex AI/ML-powered technology platforms throughout their lifecycle, helping define product roadmaps and ensuring their alignment with business goals. This role requires collaboration with key team members, refinement of product backlogs, and contributing to product strategy by finding opportunities and addressing challenges.
The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, possess a deep understanding of product management principles, and thrive in an environment that blends business, technical, and customer-facing responsibilities.
What You'll Do:
* Support the planning and execution of the product/platform strategy and roadmap for Data Science and AI/ML projects.
* Be embedded in the business to truly understand the needs of the customer and build the roadmap from their requirements.
* Support the vision of the products; identify and manage risks, dependencies, and opportunities. Leverage emerging AI/ML technologies to amplify product development.
* Facilitate conversations between partners, including executives, data scientists, ML Ops experts, engineers, analysts, and external customers.
* Manage data science roadmap products and features, taking the intent from relevant business teams, driving feature prioritization, and influencing decisions for monthly/quarterly delivery.
* Instigate a feedback loop with core customer groups to understand their specific user requirements and drive iterative improvements.
* Possess a solid understanding of machine learning principles, including foundational concepts in natural language processing, statistical modeling, and optimization, with the ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists and engineers to develop and deliver AI/ML-powered solutions.
* Contribute to cross-functional discussions, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
* Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
