Job Summary: As a Facilities Operation Supervisor, where you'll play a pivotal role in powering the future of electric mobility. This full-time, on-site position involves overseeing critical building systems, including electrical distribution, water supply, HVAC, and wastewater treatment, while managing a team of up to 11 technicians. You’ll operate SCADA systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead emergency response efforts, all within a cutting-edge, sustainable manufacturing environment. Essential Duties:
- Operate and monitor SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) for Facilities Management System (FMS) of the building systems
- Manage electrical supply and distribution, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
- Oversee water systems and supplies, including monitoring and maintenance.
- Supervise chemical supply and refining processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and all other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Manage air moving equipment and distribution systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Oversee wastewater treatment processes, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, safety regulations and all other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Supervise HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, ensuring proper functioning and maintenance.
Respond to site emergencies, coordinating with relevant teams and authorities.
- Communicate effectively with customers and management, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Lead a team of up to 8 technicians and 3 Lead Technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Provide and compile Daily Shift report on site issues for the shift to the Operations Manager.

- To ensure the health and safety in the workplace and for the protection of our employees’, wearing PPE is a possibility and includes equipment such as a full NFPA Cal Suits, Cotton Hi-Viz Uniform, EH Boots, Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, and a full hazmat suit that includes a respirator.
