US Digital Lead
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the defined digital sales strategy in your specified market scope (global/regional) effectively, to improve ABB’s market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned scope. Each day, you will execute digital sales strategy and initiatives within the assigned scope to achieve both qualitative and quantitative digital sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by acting as a critical contributor to the digital customer base growth.
The work model for the role is: remote
This role is contributing to Process Automation, Energy Industries.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Selling digital solutions to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions.
Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships (including customers’ Digital stakeholders) to understand customer their needs, promoting customer their understanding of full ABB’s complete product/systems/ services offering, and aligning with them to provide a solution.
Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Preparing sales plans using company ABB authorized tools.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Information System, Engineering or Business Administration.
- 10+ years of experience in Digital Solutions, Industrial Control Systems or other relevant fields is a must. Experience in industrial automation, energy, power and water and oil and gas industries.
- Strong strategic planning, problem-solving abilities and operational efficiency.
- Effective communication with stakeholders, government agencies, and technical teams.
- Change management and adaptability in evolving energy markets..
- Proven expertise in process optimization, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiar with HSE regulations, API standards, and asset integrity management.
- US Citizen or work authorization to perform work within the US is required

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $152,405 and $206,195 annually and is bonus eligible.
