Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist with specific expertise in EV charging to join our team on a contract basis. This specialist will support our recruitment efforts for clients in the EV charging and infrastructure sector, leveraging industry knowledge to identify and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for EV charging station technician roles
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies for charging infrastructure positions
- Conduct technical screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates in the EV charging space
- Provide detailed screening notes and weekly hiring reports
- Coordinate interviews and support offer negotiations
- Advise on market conditions for hiring including salary and benefits trends
- Build relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience recruiting for EV charging station positions such as engineers, sales, and technicians
- Understanding of EV charging technology, companies, infrastructure, and industry trends
- Knowledge of technical requirements for charging station installation and maintenance roles
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes
- Strong candidate assessment and screening abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while following established recruitment processes
- Must be US based
Contract Terms
- This is a contract position paid hourly
- Opportunity for contract extension based on performance
