What To Expect
The successful candidate must have the ability to meet tight deadlines, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be detail oriented, and have the ability to work independently. The candidate must establish and maintain a professional working relationship with field personnel, Quality Engineers, and Engineering teams.
This role will serve three critical objectives: Clean, analyze, and consolidate incoming service data to prioritize top customer concerns for factory quality engineering to resolve. Proactively escalate emerging issues in the field and collaborate with cross functional teams to prevent reoccurrence. Quickly respond to quality engineer investigation requests and issue alerts to field prep teams as needed.
What You'll Do
Analyze service technician repair notes, tags, and images for top customer concerns across all vehicle models Summarize new top concerns for engineering teams to prioritize solutionsAssess accuracy of write-ups and dashboard systems; provide weekly summaries to team project manager to drive improvements with write-ups and automated data systemsWork with additional data analysts/technicians to identify trends in data and service technician areas of improvementProvide upward feedback on how to better analyze data, then summarize the dataDevelop an understanding of all customer concerns and failure modes by studying vehicle specs/drawings, frequently connecting with service personnel, and working with factory inspection teams
What You'll Bring
Proven track record as a fast-moving problem solver capable of delivering concise, actionable feedback3 - 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, automotive, or hands-on technical role or in data analysis; or Bachelor’s Degree in a Business Analytics, or related technical fieldsStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyA passion and curiosity for exploring data relations to real-world processes; eager to perform hands-on engineering studies; must be comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to interact with multiple teamsStrong communication skills and able to build relationships quickly; can tailor communication between non-technical and technical audiencesMust have command of English Language, both written and verbalFluent in MS Office Suite; experience with Tableau, SQL, JIRA, or similar software is a plus

Expected Compensation
$35.15 - $58.33/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
