What To Expect
Security Operations Center (SOC) Supervisor is responsible for leading the Security Operations Center. They will support and implement the team’s operational protocols, crisis management initiatives, and processes. They will help define and drive team performance metrics ensuring execution of operational excellence.
Serving their team of direct reports, when necessary, they will support monitoring, tracking, and coordinating response to all incidents in a fast-paced, agile environment. They assess, troubleshoot, and triage inbound emergency and routine calls for service.
Reporting to a Sr. Security Manager, this role will be based in Fremont, CA. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a bias for action, is trustworthy, and consistently demonstrates excellence in a customer focused security services environment.
What You'll Do
Lead and manage SOC operational execution, strategy, training and team developmentDrive digital/business transformation by identifying and supporting adoption of new technologies and toolsDevelop and communicate meaningful metrics to enhance operational execution. Improve capability of threat analysis and reporting operationsEstablish and maintain a deep understanding of operational risks and drive the response process to minimize the impact of these risksDevelop, implement, and periodically re-evaluate policies and procedures for the SOCInfluence and improve upon existing processes through innovation and operational changeEngage with cross-functional teams to evaluate program effectiveness and ability to meet stakeholder needs
What You'll Bring
4-6+ years of experience leading teams in corporate security, emergency management, military, or law enforcement2-4+ years experience inside an established security operations center or GSOC environmentWorking knowledge of camera analytics, alarms, and access control security systems and technologyWorking knowledge of access control security systems and technologyAbility to manage stress and respond quickly to security, safety, and sensitive situationsAvailability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Expected Compensation
$76,000 - $144,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
