We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Cell Manufacturing. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and introduction of new production lines, products, and processes for cell manufacturing, ensuring timely and successful implementation. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex engineering programs, and ensure adherence to quality and timelines. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills.
What You'll Do
Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and delivering engineering programs for cell manufacturingDrive new production line development, including process design, equipment integration, and product launchesManage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveryCollaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to optimize production processesIdentify and mitigate risks impacting project timelines, quality, or deliverablesLead trials/builds for new products, coordinating efforts across manufacturing systemsImplement cost-control measures and analyze data to improve production efficiencyDevelop metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiativesCommunicate project status, risks, and solutions to stakeholders at all levelsEnsure adoption of best practices and scalable solutions across global manufacturing teams
What You'll Bring
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience5+ years in manufacturing, with experience in high-reliability product NPI (e.g., batteries, automotive)Proven success managing complex engineering programs from concept to productionExpertise in project management tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and methodologiesStrong technical aptitude in manufacturing processes (e.g., automation, DFMEA)Leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functional teamsAnalytical problem-solving and data-driven decision-makingExperience in risk assessment, mitigation, and cost optimizationAdaptability to fast-paced environments with shifting prioritiesLithium-ion battery or automotive industry experience (preferred)

Expected Compensation
$83,600 - $176,700/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
