What To Expect
We are looking for a Test Technician to evaluate cell level performance during the early design stages across all programs, including vehicle and energy storage. In this role, you will be responsible for safely testing cells of all form factors (coin, cylindrical, pouch, and prismatic), organizing tests for smooth execution, and improving test efficiency. As a result, Cell Engineers will be able to rapidly evaluate and optimize a broad set of options for future cell designs.

What You'll Do
Conduct performance/characterization tests on cells under electrical, mechanical and thermal stresses to analyze safety performance and improve designs Collaborate with Engineers to ensure test plans meets requirements and test targets Plan test execution and manage logistics, both hands-on and digitally Improve test capability and efficiency by making continuous improvements to test methods, rigs, equipment and by communicating feedback to Engineers Perform periodic maintenance, calibration, and repairs Adhere to company policies of safety and conduct Escalate issues to Test Engineer/manager when necessary Support engineering activities including process and equipment validations
What You'll Bring
Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Word Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal High awareness of safety hazards, procedures, and best practices Hands-on experience with tools Electrical fundamentals and experience with multimeters Creative problem-solving skills and experience Ability to perform independent work, self-starter Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams

Expected Compensation
$23.18 - $47.88/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
