What To Expect
The Application Support Technician will provide essential support to the manufacturing floor, addressing various needs such as coordinating and delegating tasks, troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining printers, reviewing SOPs, processing data, and delivering tactical support for implementing changes.
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively lead and motivate the team, fostering strong, positive relationships to build a cohesive and successful group.
Please note that this position requires full-time onsite presence.

What You'll Bring
Experience troubleshooting basic network, software, and printing issuesFamiliarity with configuring and printing using ZPL language on Zebra printers is a plusAbility to remain composed in high-pressure, urgent situations while managing competing demandsExcellent communication skillsStrong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft enterprise environmentsKnowledge of SQL queries and Splunk queries is a plusExperience working with PLC, Ignition is a plusFlexibility to work weekends and any shiftAbility to quickly master new software and functionalitiesAbility to carry heavier work equipment and stand or walk for extended periods on the production floor while troubleshooting issues
