工作职责：
- 深挖市场和产品需求，根据道通产品特点与目标定位，组织制定产品上市GTM计划；
- 对产品GTM计划进行实施过程监控，拉通研发、营销、销售、交付、服务等各环节进度，跨多部门整合协调，确保新品按期上市，对产品生命周期全过程进行管理
- 产品操盘管理：根据市场走向，组织制定整体目标并分解至各渠道或大客户群，协调区域与一线达成整体销售目标，销售情况跟踪，对产品的生命周期销售指标负责；
- 控货控价管理：通过渠道价格和市场价格管理，最大化产品收益。
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，电子信息，计算机，新能源等理工相关专业优先，英语可以作为工作语言，有过海外工作或留学背景
- 5年以上的电子通讯行业或新能源领域相关经验，有过GTM产品经理、产品经理、产品营销的工作经历优先；
- 有较强的市场洞察和产品分析、数据分析能力，熟练掌握各种分析洞察方法论
- 具备良好的团队合作精神以及较强的学习能力和良好的沟通能力；具有强烈的责任心，善于学习.创新意识强，知识面广，视角开阔，思维活跃，抗压能力强。

Job Description:
- Dig deep into market and product demand, organize and formulate product launch GTM plan based on the characteristics and target positioning of Daotong products.
- Monitor the implementation process of the product GTM plan, coordinate the progress of R & D, marketing, sales, delivery, service and other links, integrate and coordinate across multiple departments, ensure that new products are launched on time, and manage the entire product lifecycle process
- Product operation management: According to market trends, organize the formulation of overall goals and decompose them into various channels or large customer groups, coordinate regional and frontline efforts to achieve overall sales goals, track sales performance, and be responsible for the product's lifecycle sales indicators.
- Control goods and price management: Maximize product revenue through channel price and market price management.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronic information, computer science, new energy and other related fields is preferred, English can be used as a working language, and overseas work or study background is preferred
- More than 5 years of experience in the electronic communication industry or new energy field, with work experience in GTM Product Manager, Product Manager, and Product Marketing preferred.
- Strong market insight, product analysis, and data analysis abilities, proficient in various analytical insight methodologies
- Possess good teamwork spirit, strong learning ability, and good communication skills; have a strong sense of responsibility, good at learning. Strong sense of innovation, broad knowledge, broad perspective, active thinking, and strong stress resistance.
