工作职责：
- 熟悉并了解欧美新能源行业招投标相关法律法规
- 负责公司产品解决方案及招投标文件制作，包括但不限于组织开评标前的沟通会，投标文件评审会、标书制作、盖章等；
- 负责全球性质招投标后相关跟踪工作，包括但不限于招投标数据统计工作，台账整理
- 负责建立道通全球招投标资料库，对招投标常规资料进行归档与管理，并对区域招投标予以商务支持
- 完成主管交代的临时工作任务。
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，国际贸易、商务法、财经管理类相关专业优先；
- 3年以上招投标相关工作经验，具备大型项目招标经验者优先；
- 熟悉招投标流程及相关法律法规，工作严谨，做事稳重
- 熟练运用Word.Excel.PPT等办公软件，具有较强的书面表达能力和口头沟通能力，能够与一线以及研发开发人员顺畅交流，并独立完成各种招投标法律文档的编写；
- 良好的学习能力.团队合作精神.分析判断能力.沟通协调能力，能适应工作压力。

Job Description:
- Familiar with and understand the relevant laws and regulations of the new energy industry in Europe and America
- Responsible for the production of company product solutions and bidding documents, including but not limited to organizing pre-evaluation communication meetings, bidding document review meetings, bidding document preparation, stamping, etc.
- Responsible for global tendering and bidding related tracking work, including but not limited to tendering and bidding data statistics, ledger organization
- Responsible for establishing a global bidding database for Daotong, archiving and managing routine bidding materials, and providing business support for regional bidding
- Complete the temporary work tasks assigned by the supervisor.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, business law, finance and management is preferred; More than 2.3 years of relevant work experience in bidding, with experience in inviting tenders for large projects preferred.
- Familiar with the bidding process and relevant laws and regulations, work rigorously, and work steadily Proficient in using Word, Excel, PPT and other work software, with strong written expression and oral
- communication skills, able to communicate smoothly with front-line and R & D developers, and independently complete the writing of various bidding legal documents;
- Good learning ability, teamwork spirit, analytical and judgment ability, communication and coordination ability, and the ability to adapt to work pressure.
