Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury vehicles, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to provide an unparalleled customer experience. As a Sales Professional at Mercedes-Benz of Rochester, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, guiding them through the purchasing process, and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products, features, and benefits.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients’ needs and guiding them through the sales process.
- Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by following up on leads, providing product demonstrations, and conducting test drives.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date client database.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
