  • Conduct pilot runs and experiments to validate process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, quality, and production to ensure process effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot process issues and develop solutions to maintain consistent production quality.
  • Document processes, procedures, and work instructions for clear communication and training purposes.
  • Participate in the selection and implementation of new equipment for EV production.
  • Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Prepare and present technical reports on process improvements and findings.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures within the EV manufacturing environment.


  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably within the automotive or EV industry.
  • Strong understanding of electric vehicle components and/or battery manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with process optimization methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools and statistical software.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
