What You'll Do
Lead and develop a motivated production teamCollaborate with engineering to enhance manufacturability and productivityDevelop training programs and support team member growthOversee issue resolution and maintain quality standardsDevelop and uphold standardized Manufacturing InstructionsEnsure safety and compliance, promoting continuous improvementTesla people leaders are responsible for a variety of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) assurance functions, including ensuring their teams’ safety training is current, documenting EHS incidents, proactively correcting workplace hazards in the areas, and empowering others to continuously improve operations
What You'll Bring
3+ years managing teams in high-volume manufacturing (safety protocols, troubleshooting, quality control)Experience in team selection and developmentProficiency in managing production performance metrics (inventory management, lean manufacturing, project management, SOPs)Strong organizational and communication skillsFlexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekendsTravel is required for this role, for training purposesMust have command of the English language, both written and verbal
