What You'll Do
Build robust hiring pipelines across a wide range of critical areas, guiding candidates through the full recruiting life cycleCreatively source high-quality technical candidates through LLMs, X, GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, professional communities, and other niche platforms & approachesDevelop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managersGain a firm understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changesFocus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity
What You'll Bring
Degree in Communications, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experienceSelf-starter who is intellectually curious, resourceful, innovative, adaptable, and comfortable taking initiativeBasic proficiency with LLMs and other AI driven toolsExcellent written & verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)Previous work experience or internships in a related field is a plus

Expected Compensation
$84,000 - $168,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
