A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us as a Production Supervisor for Large Generator Rotor Operations, where you’ll lead a talented team of machinists, rotor winders, assemblers, and balancers in the manufacturing and servicing of large generator rotors. Imagine starting your day an hour early to connect with the outgoing supervisor, reviewing production status, and setting priorities. You’ll kick off each shift with a team huddle focused on safety, aligning on production goals, and communicating assignments. Throughout the day, you’ll embody servant leadership by removing obstacles, supporting production efforts, and coaching your team. Your proactive approach will ensure that performance is monitored, adjustments are made in real-time, and productivity targets are met, all while aligning with our production plan.
