Overview:
We are looking for a high-potential Executive Successor to join our leadership team and drive excellence in inventory planning, optimization, and supply chain performance. This role will work closely with senior leadership to optimize inventory levels, improve working capital efficiency, and support the company’s continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute inventory optimization strategies aligned with business growth and supply chain objectives.
- Drive inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, and stock availability optimization.
- Monitor inventory health, turnover, aging, and working capital performance.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory efficiency, reduce excess/slow-moving stock, and enhance operational performance.
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and executive leadership development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Logistics, or related functions.
- Strong experience in inventory optimization, demand & supply planning, forecasting, and working capital management.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
- Experience in automotive, motorcycle, manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or other inventory-intensive industries is highly preferred.
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated potential and ambition to take on broader executive leadership responsibilities as the business expands.
