Tesla is looking for a Construction Project Manager to support the construction of the LFP and Semi truck manufacturing facilities that requires exceptional talent. What You'll Do
Management of the planning, procurement, execution and close-out of 480V and under electrical power distributions systemsDevelop execution plans to ensure cost and schedule expectations are achievedPerform constructability reviews during design development to ensure engineering documents meet project needsWork with the Procurement team to create biddable work packages and verify contractor proposals against cost/schedule estimatesInterface with engineering, construction, procurement, and commissioning teams to plan, execute and close-out work scopes
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceExperience as a Project or Construction Manager on $50M+ industrial, manufacturing or commercial construction projectsIndividual must understand electrical discipline wiring diagrams, control logic diagrams, single-line drawings, schematics, electrical equipment layout and be able to perform cable sizing calculationsWorking knowledge of electrical codes and standards NFPA or ANSI/IEEEAbility to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight schedules and aggressive goalsProficiency in Construction baseline development, change control, cost/schedule performance and variance analysis
