What To Expect
We are seeking an experienced Lead for Real Estate & Workplace Intelligence to drive data-informed decision-making across our real estate portfolio and workplace strategy. This role will own the development and application of advanced analytics—including economic analysis, opportunity cost modeling, benchmarking, and spatial intelligence derived from sensors, badging systems, and network data—to optimize space utilization, reduce costs, and enhance the employee experience. The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of progressive experience in real estate analytics, workplace strategy, or related fields, including hands-on experience with real estate development (Industrial preferred; commercial also acceptable), and will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
What You'll Do
Lead economic analysis for real estate decisions—total cost of occupancy, ROI, scenario planning, and opportunity cost—across lease, acquisition, disposition, development, and workplace redesignBuild and maintain benchmarking frameworks that compare internal cost, utilization, density, and workplace effectiveness against industry peersDesign and operationalize spatial intelligence by integrating occupancy sensors, badging, network/Wi-Fi analytics, and other workplace telemetryTranslate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for portfolio optimization, space planning, hybrid work, development, and capital allocationPartner with Real Estate, Facilities, IT, HR, and Finance on data quality, system integration, and analytics aligned to business prioritiesBuild predictive models and dashboards that forecast demand, flag underutilized assets, and quantify financial and experiential impact of workplace and development changesEstablish governance, standards, and best practices for workplace intelligence data, privacy, and reporting; present executive-ready findings to senior leadership while staying current on workplace analytics, smart buildings, and real estate development
What You'll Bring
10+ years of progressive experience in real estate analytics, workplace strategy, corporate real estate, facilities intelligence, or a closely related fieldExperience with real estate development (industrial preferred; commercial acceptable), ideally in large-scale corporate or global environmentsExpertise in economic and financial analysis of real estate portfolios, including opportunity cost modeling, total cost of occupancy, and investment decision supportHands-on experience building spatial intelligence solutions with occupancy sensors, badging data, network analytics, and related workplace telemetryStrong track record developing benchmarking programs and turning data into strategic recommendations that deliver measurable cost savings or utilization gainsProven ability to work with large, complex datasets and partner effectively with IT, data engineering, and business stakeholdersBachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field required, or the equivalent in experience; familiarity with workplace platforms, IoT sensors, visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and workplace data privacy/security/compliance preferred

Expected Compensation
$140,000 - $240,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
