Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Production Associate / Specialist to support day-to-day manufacturing operations. This position will assist with production consumables, manpower and lead-time monitoring, KPI tracking, crew support, safety compliance, and continuous improvement activities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and able to coordinate effectively with production crews and cross-functional teams.
Primary Responsibilities
· Support production goals by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and following up on progress.
· Manage and order production consumables to support uninterrupted operations.
· Provide production crews with required equipment, materials, and training resources; provide day-to-day guidance to support individual development.
· Audit production crews for compliance with safety requirements and identify potential workplace hazards.
· Address and escalate safety hazards and unsafe acts promptly and appropriately in accordance with company procedures.
· Review production processes for effectiveness and support implementation of process improvements.
· Monitor production manpower, staffing needs, and lead times to support daily operations.
· Promote individual accountability for job completion, quality, and timeliness.
· Maintain accurate production-related records, reports, and data using Microsoft Office, SAP, MES, or other company systems.
· Coordinate with Production and other departments as needed to resolve operational issues and support production targets.
· Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
· Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
· Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, MES, or similar manufacturing systems is preferred.
· Strong time-management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and respond to changing operational priorities.
· Ability and flexibility to work additional hours during the week, on weekends, holidays, or outside regular office hours as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications
· Korean language proficiency, verbal and written, is preferred but not required.
· Experience in chemical production, lithium-ion battery manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, or other process manufacturing environments.
· Experience supporting production KPIs, manpower tracking, consumables management, safety compliance, or continuous improvement activities.
· Experience using SAP, MES, ERP, or other manufacturing systems.

· Ability to identify operational or safety issues and communicate them promptly.
· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production crews and cross-functional teams.
· Practical problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn manufacturing processes.
