About the Role
Titan is seeking a Technical Project / Program Manager to lead the execution of customer and product programs from initial definition through engineering, build, validation, deployment, and customer acceptance. This role sits within the Product organization and acts as the execution bridge between Product, Engineering, Software, Operations, Sales, and the customer. The successful candidate should have an engineering or technical background but does not need to be the senior technical authority on the program. The primary responsibility is to ensure that the right people are working on the right things, dependencies are understood, decisions are made, commitments are tracked, and programs move forward. This person must be highly organized, technically credible, comfortable working with engineers, and capable of bringing structure to a fast-moving environment without creating unnecessary process.
Responsibilities
- Own project and program execution from kickoff through customer deployment and acceptance.
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths.
- Coordinate activities across Hardware Engineering, Software, Algorithms, Product, Operations, Manufacturing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Translate customer and product commitments into executable internal project plans.
- Establish clear ownership of actions and deliverables.
- Conduct regular program reviews focused on decisions, risks, dependencies, and actions.
- Track engineering and operational resources across multiple customer programs.
- Identify resource conflicts and escalate priority decisions when required.
- Maintain program risk registers and drive mitigation activities.
- Track customer requirements, contractual deliverables, FAT/SAT requirements, installation milestones, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate prototype builds, factory acceptance testing, shipment, installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance.
- Work closely with Engineering while allowing engineers to remain focused on technical execution.
- Ensure changes in requirements, schedule, scope, or customer expectations are communicated across the organization.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure decisions and actions are captured and closed.
- Provide clear program-status reporting to Product leadership and executive management.
- Help establish scalable but lightweight project-management processes as Titan grows.
- Support multiple concurrent customer deployments and development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline strongly preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in technical project management, program management, engineering, or related roles.
- Experience managing complex hardware, automation, industrial equipment, robotics, instrumentation, or other multidisciplinary engineering programs.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of product-development and engineering lifecycles.
- Experience managing schedules, dependencies, resources, budgets, risks, and customer deliverables.
- Ability to understand technical discussions without needing to become the technical decision-maker.
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, executives, suppliers, and customers.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

- Customer-facing technical programs
- Experience with common project-management and engineering tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Confluence, ERP/MRP systems, or equivalent platforms is useful but not the primary qualification.
- PMP certification is welcome but not required.
