What To Expect
As a Transportation Lead Support, you will oversee parking, valet and assist with transportation
operations across multiple locations, ensuring operational efficiency, and adherence to safety
protocols. You will manage a team of (30+) associates daily ensuring they provide the best
customer service to our employees. You will be expected to identify and implement process
improvements to enhance customer experience, particularly during night shifts, and support
program-level projects. You will handle inventory, support budgeting, investigate damage claims,
and maintain accurate data for reporting.
What You'll Do
Oversee valet, parking, and transportation operations across multiple shifts and locations including Fremont and Palo Alto campusesManage daily operations for a team of 30+ associates, ensuring high customer service standards and policy adherenceIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance service efficiency and customer experience, especially during night shiftsSupport program-level projects including budgeting, inventory management, and data reporting for valet and transportation programsInvestigate incidents, damage claims, and risk events, maintaining accurate records for compliance and resolutionEnforce safety protocols and collaborate with parking enforcement, HR, and security teams to ensure workplace policy complianceProvide on-site support across Bay Area locations to resolve escalations, enforce policies, and maintain operational continuity
What You'll Bring
5–7 years of experience managing multi-site operations across varying shifts, including day, evening, and night coverageProven leadership experience managing large teams, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluationsStrong administrative and analytical skills in budget tracking, inventory oversight, and incident investigationAbility to identify operational gaps and implement scalable process improvementsKnowledge of safety protocols and experience enforcing them in high-traffic, dynamic environmentsWillingness and ability to commute across multiple Bay Area sites as neededExperience managing contractor programs and ensuring compliance and documentation are up to date

Expected Compensation
$20.20 - $52.80/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
