Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for a Senior Product Analyst - Charging Platform to be based at our office/ our customer’s site in Gaydon.
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst / SME to support the delivery of innovative EV Charging and Connected Device solutions. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business and technical teams, gathering and translating requirements into actionable solutions while supporting testing and delivery activities. This role is ideally suited to someone with a strong engineering or technical leadership background who can work independently across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support requirements gathering workshops and solution design activities.
- Analyse, document, and refine functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Support functional testing activities for technical charging features and related systems.
- Define test scope, create test scenarios, and author test scripts aligned to business requirements.
- Assist with delivery coordination and progress tracking across multiple workstreams.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical Lead, or similar role.
- Solid technical background with prior engineering, software development, or technical leadership experience.
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience gathering, synthesising, and documenting complex requirements and user stories.
- Strong understanding of functional and non-functional requirements management.
- Experience planning and executing testing activities, including test script creation and validation.
- Ability to independently lead multiple workstreams while managing priorities effectively.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within EV Charging, Connected Vehicles, IoT, Connected Devices, or similar technology domains is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional team environments.
