Job Responsibilities
1. Participate in formulating and implementing corporate operational strategies and business plans, driving the full delivery and achievement of company-wide operational and strategic targets.
2. Oversee and coordinate daily cross-departmental business collaboration, integrate and optimize internal operational resources comprehensively, and ensure the smooth execution, stable operation and high-quality delivery of all operational projects.
3. Drive continuous on-site operational improvement based on standardized manufacturing operation systems. Introduce Industry 4.0 cutting-edge technologies including digitalization and industrial AI to strengthen core operational competitiveness and accelerate the construction of benchmark intelligent factories in the industry.
4. Identify potential on-site quality risks comprehensively through digital intelligent systems and on-site inspection & audit mechanisms. Lead and track closed-loop improvement actions, strictly enforce product safety and quality red-line standards, and ensure all products meet standardized quality requirements and customer expectations.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Electronic Information, Data Science, Business Administration or other related engineering and interdisciplinary majors.
2. Minimum 10 years of working experience in production operation management, quality management, lean manufacturing or project management within large-scale manufacturing enterprises or benchmark intelligent factories.
3. Solid professional background in Quality Management (QA/QC) and Production Material Control (PMC). Candidates with full-process supply chain management experience and full-lifecycle product quality risk control capabilities are highly preferred.
4. In-depth understanding of industrial digitalization and AI application scenarios in manufacturing. Proficient in lean manufacturing tools (6Sigma, 5S, VSM, Kaizen, etc.) and mainstream quality management systems (IATF16949, ISO9001, etc.).
5. Excellent cross-departmental communication, coordination and organizational capabilities; able to drive project implementation efficiently under high-pressure and complex matrix organizational structures. Possess strong data insight, logical analysis and macro strategic thinking abilities. Result-oriented with outstanding self-motivation, pressure resistance and agile emergency problem-solving capabilities.
