Dans le cadre de projets internationaux de postes électriques multi-sites, le Chargé d'Affaires Génie Civil pilote la préparation, le lancement et l’exécution des chantiers GC. Acteur clé dès la phase de pré-construction, il contribue à structurer les marchés travaux, coordonner des équipes multiculturelles et sécuriser la bonne réalisation des projets.
Comment vous ferez la différence
- Piloter les consultations des marchés travaux GC de bout en bout (dossiers, présélection, clarifications, choix des partenaires)
- Structurer le lancement des projets en définissant les plannings, en capitalisant sur les retours d’expérience et en organisant les équipes locales
- Fédérer et coordonner les équipes internes et locales pour garantir une mise en place efficace des chantiers
- Orchestrer le démarrage des travaux et assurer une transition fluide vers les équipes terrain
- Suivre la performance des projets via un pilotage actif (réunions, reporting, interface client et équipes locales)
- Maîtriser les enjeux contractuels et financiers (budget, évolutions, claims, reporting au projet)
Ce que vous apportez à l’entreprise
Diplôme d’ingénieur Génie Civil (Bac+5) avec au moins 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets de construction GC, idéalement sur des projets complexes ou multi-sites.
Compétences techniques & personnelles
- Expertise confirmée en gestion de projets de construction GC en environnement international multi-sites
- Solide maîtrise des contrats internationaux (FIDIC), des marchés travaux et de leurs spécificités locales
- Excellentes capacités de planification, coordination, gestion budgétaire et anticipation des risques
- Anglais courant (technique et commercial) requis.
- Leadership naturel, capacité à fédérer et aisance en communication interculturelle
- Organisation, rigueur et forte capacité d’anticipation
- Esprit de synthèse, orientation résultats et sens des priorités

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in ceramics and coating technologies (higher experience may be considered for advanced roles)
- Technical expertise preferred in high-temperature ceramic coatings, corrosion coatings, thermal barrier coatings, or thermal spray processes
- Solid understanding of project management practices, with experience in PLM tools and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate technical knowledge into practical applications
- Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally to support projects and collaboration
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
