Job Responsibilities:
1.Develop or review policies, regulations, notices, and announcements for overseas countries/regions and the group.
2.Design and review compensation and benefits schemes for various overseas countries/regions, with familiarity in the methodologies and practical application of commonly used incentive tools.
3.Lead annual incentive projects, such as annual salary adjustments, annual bonus schemes, and their implementation.
4.Conduct compensation data analysis and model building.
5.Possess familiarity with human resource cost management.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
2.At least 5 years of hands-on experience in compensation and benefits, familiar with full-module processes; experience in managing compensation across multiple overseas countries and leading large-scale projects is required.
3.Proficient in Excel, with strong PowerPoint presentation skills and familiarity with other commonly used office software.
4.Fluent in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
5.Proficient in using HR-SAP systems; experience in optimizing compensation schemes is preferred.
