Key Responsibilities:
1.Perform incoming quality inspection of materials for the KD plant; develop and apply inspection standards; handle rejection, screening, and rework as needed.
2.Quickly respond to quality issues during manufacturing – conduct root cause analysis, perform part replacement/repair, and carry out software flashing/upgrades.
3.Execute and monitor VES (Vehicle Evaluation System) product assessments for complete vehicles; conduct routine spot checks on daily evaluation results.
4.Coordinate with relevant headquarter departments in China to resolve abnormal quality issues and drive quality problem closure.
5.Demonstrate hands-on capabilities in vehicle hardware repair, electrical inspection and diagnosis, and product evaluation.
Requirements:
1.Diploma or above (associate degree acceptable).
2.Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing – automotive industry experience is a strong plus.
3.Basic knowledge of automotive parts and typical manufacturing processes; experience handling common quality issues.
4.Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills; strong execution ability.
5.No color blindness or color weakness that could affect quality judgment.
