Key responsibilities:
(1)Developing and enforcing IT policies, procedures, governance frameworks, security standards for the best practices of data privacy, cyber security, access controls, and IT risk management.
(2)Day to day operation IT service performance, technical challenges, overseeing IT infra, services and data management
(3)Constantly assess and mitigate cyber security risks to protect data and prevent breaches.
(4)Responsible to coordinate with different teams to provide end-user support, services include support of all applications, maintaining computers, printers, mobile devices, IP phones, conference systems, etc., to ensure timely and effective service delivery with outsource partners or 3rd parties.
(5)Responsible to manage all the vendors or partners with SLA to ensure the service quality with periodically deliverables measurement when certain IT service is outsourced to vendors or 3 parties.
(6)Responsible to IT asset full lifecycle and stock management, including licenses purchasing and maintenance of desktop software and applications, such as anti-virus, office 365, PDF…etc. and hardware, such as printers, laptops, phones, screens, keyboard and mouses, projectors, accessories etc;
(7)Response for training the team and upgrading technical knowledge for new comers or new employee onboarding events. Coordinate online meetings to ensure effective service delivery
(8)Response to support projects or ad-hoc tasks
(9)Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Operational system ( DMS, CRM…etc.) in cooperation with the headquarters.
(10)Responsible to the IT requirements from KMCC and other related institutions.
Job Requirements
(1)Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology /Automation areas
(2)At least 3 years of practical experience in system operation and maintenance, including but not limited to database operations, system account permission management, and front line system problem troubleshooting
(3)Having relevant experience in data compliance management and auditing in South Korea, have knowledge of CSMS, ISMS and other audits, and have actually participated in the data security audit process in South Korea. Priority will be given to those who have participated in the relevant data security audit process in South Korea.
(4)Preference will be given to those with experience in office or subsidiary related software and hardware management, selection, and procurement. Have solid IT project management skill and experience playing IT project manager’s role of new site launch projects
(5)Working experience in automotive industry would be preferred
(6)Good communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of business functions i.e. finance, supply chain management as a plus
(7) Be self-motivated and quick learner, excellent team player with strong influencing skills(8)Good written and oral communication skills in English
