We are looking for experienced Process, Industrial, and Facility Engineers to support automotive manufacturing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, production layouts, and facility infrastructure for automotive production.
- Support process planning activities including PFMEA, Control Plans, SOPs, SPC analysis, process validation, APQP, PPAP, and manufacturing readiness.
- Perform time studies, MOST analysis, line balancing, capacity planning, manpower optimization, and productivity improvement activities.
- Lead and support process launch activities, including production trials, Run-at-Rate, equipment buy-off, process validation, and production readiness reviews.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives through VSM, Kaizen, 5S, waste elimination, ergonomics assessments, and workstation optimization.
- Conduct SPC analysis, process capability studies (Cp/Cpk), root cause analysis, and problem-solving activities using 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa methodologies.
- Coordinate equipment installation, commissioning, facility modifications, utility planning, and production launch activities.
- Monitor and improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity (SQDCP) performance across operations.
Required Skills
- Experience in Automotive Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Facility Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, Process Capability (Cp/Cpk), and Production Validation.
- Expertise in MOST, Time Studies, Line Balancing, Capacity Planning, Layout Development, and Manpower Optimization.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Poka-Yoke, Standardized Work, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Experience in Process Launch, New Product Introduction (NPI), Run-at-Rate, Equipment Commissioning, and Manufacturing Readiness Reviews.
- Strong problem-solving skills using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone/Ishikawa, and Root Cause Analysis techniques.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations and facility projects within OEM or Tier-1 automotive environments.
- Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Experience in EV Battery, EDU, Chassis, BIW, and Trim & Final Assembly manufacturing
