Position: Retail Manager

Role Overview
The Retail Manager will be solely responsible for managing retail operations and driving showroom performance in Korea. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to develop and execute strategies that increase actual sales volume. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the imported automobile industry, preferably with luxury brands, and demonstrate leadership in managing retail execution without a dedicated retail team.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Operations Management
- Oversee and manage all retail activities for the brand in Korea, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with brand standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for showroom operations, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Monitor showroom performance and ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets.
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
- Analyze showroom traffic and customer transactions to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct lead funnel analysis, including lead quality, response time, appointment rate, test-drive conversion, proposal rate, and closing ratio.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports on retail KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, average selling price, finance penetration, and delivery compliance.
- Perform sales performance analysis by showroom and recommend targeted actions to improve results.
Sales Growth Initiatives
- Develop and implement regular action plans to increase actual sales volume, including lead management optimization, test-drive programs, showroom events, and targeted campaigns.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of these initiatives; adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and After-sales teams to enhance customer journey and maximize lifetime value.
- Present insights, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management during monthly business reviews.
