About RivianRivian is on a mission to keep the world adventurous forever. This goes for the emissions-free Electric Adventure Vehicles we build, and the curious, courageous souls we seek to attract.
As a company, we constantly challenge what’s possible, never simply accepting what has always been done. We reframe old problems, seek new solutions and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.
Role SummaryRivian is seeking a seasoned program manager to drive critical Remarketing-focused workstreams across the business. This individual will extend executive capacity, drive operating rhythm, sharpen leadership decision-making, and serve as a force multiplier across a business that spans trade-ins, repurchases, lease-end, pre-owned, pricing and residual value, reconditioning, logistics, and wholesale and retail disposition.
This role functions at a tactical, strategic, and operational level. It is designed for a builder who can manage multiple workstreams at once, create structure in ambiguous environments, and move fluidly between executive support, cross-functional coordination, field support, and business performance tracking. Success in this role requires strong judgment, follow-through, and the ability to turn broad priorities into clear actions, owners, and outcomes.
Responsibilities- Serve as a strategic thought partner and execution lead for the Vice President of Channel Strategy, maintaining a weekly 1:1 operating rhythm to track priorities, decisions, risks, and follow-up actions
- Build and maintain the mechanisms that keep the business running well, including leadership cadences, action tracking, decision logs, issue escalation, and communications across workstreams.
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear recommendations on business performance, priority tradeoffs, and emerging risks.
- Help translate process gaps, field feedback, and customer or partner friction into scalable improvements, clearer operating models, and durable playbooks.
- Track headcount inputs, open needs, and planning dependencies across the Remarketing organization
- Own the operational bridge between Sales, Delivery, and Service: identify coordination gaps, close handoff failures, and drive durable process improvements across teams
- Create clear communication flows across teams by filtering inputs, prioritizing open items, and ensuring leadership attention is directed to the highest-impact issues
- Partner with the Analytics organization on dashboard updates and reporting needs, helping translate business questions into actionable visibility for leaders
- Act as the editorial and strategic review function for executive materials, ensuring narrative clarity, data integrity, and strategic coherence across briefs, presentations, business cases, and leadership updates.
- Prepare executive-ready artifacts and leadership communications from draft to delivery, including briefs, presentations, weekly updates, and decision memos.
- Serve as the landing zone for high-priority, cross-functional work that lacks a natural owner and move it from ambiguity to action.
Qualifications- 5+ years in business operations, program management, sales operations, or a similarly cross-functional commercial role
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with competing timelines and ambiguous ownership
- Strong executive enablement instincts: you anticipate needs, manage up effectively, and drive follow-through on behalf of senior leaders
- Exceptional project management skills and strong judgment in diagnosing, prioritizing, and solving operational challenges
- Analytical fluency: comfortable with KPI tracking, performance dashboards, and translating operational data into decisions and escalations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: you build executive-ready materials and present credibly to senior audiences
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority across functions, levels, and organizational boundaries
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Hex, or similar operations and analytics tooling preferred
