What To Expect
Tesla is seeking a Mobile Tire Program Manager to own and evolve our North America Mobile Tire Program. This role runs the program end to end — turning strategy into an executable plan, owning the KPIs, and partnering across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Field, and Policy to deliver results. A first priority is rapidly scaling coverage to meet emerging fleet needs where fast response times are critical, while streamlining the service model and reshaping how the program is delivered to take out cost and complexity. You will also grow the program beyond flat tires into the harder events Tesla's fleet demands: inaccessible customer vehicles, Robotaxi vehicles, and fleet vehicle needs. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who thinks like a business owner — comfortable in the data, credible with technicians and field teams, and able to turn a strategy into execution the field actually adopts.
This role is based in Palo Alto, CA or Austin, TX, for proximity to Product, Engineering, and partner teams.
