What To Expect
As part of the Workplace Transportation team, the Parking & Valet Supervisor leads daily parking enforcement and valet operations across Tesla Fremont sites. This role ensures parking policies are followed, valet service standards are met, and employees and visitors receive professional, timely support.
The Supervisor is the primary on-site leader for parking and valet operations, resolving escalations, coordinating with vendors and cross-functional partners, and maintaining accurate operational records. This role supports Tesla's sustainability mission by optimizing parking utilization, supporting EV charging throughput, and helping high-performing teams operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
Lead daily parking and valet operations across assigned Tesla Fremont sites, including materials inventory, lot assignments, traffic flow optimization, and peak-period demand management; own parking and valet metrics and KPI's including utilization rates, wait times, and customer feedbackSupervise, coach, and develop parking and valet staff, including onboarding and training new employees, managing daily scheduling and shift coverage, conducting performance evaluations, setting clear expectations, delegating task assignments, and implementing corrective action plans when neededDeliver exceptional customer service as the primary on-site point of contact for parking inquiries, guest relations, and escalations; ensure service standards are consistently met across all teams and sites andproactively resolve complaints to maintain positive customer experiencesManage visitor and event parking logistics, including coordinating parking requests, executing lot blockoffs, overseeing traffic control and directional signage, supporting transportation and event planning teams, and ensuring seamless execution for high-volume events and VIP visitsEnsure compliance with safety regulations, conduct regular lot inspections, investigate and document incidents or accidents, coordinate with Security and Facilities teams, maintain emergency procedures and evacuation protocols, and uphold Tesla safety and quality standardsOversee vendor relationships and equipment maintenance, implement and manage parking and valet technology systems, track operational budgets and expenses, generate reports on key performance indicators, and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
What You'll Bring
Minimum 3 years of experience in parking operations, valet services, transportation, or related workplace operations. Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or lead experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong strategic thinker with leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skillsAdvanced organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentEvidence of exceptional ability; performs effectively independently and in a team

Expected Compensation
$92,000 - $138,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
