About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate management of accounts receivable, revenue reconciliation, and financial reporting while supporting process optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multinational environment with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable portfolios across multiple customers, business units, and revenue streams.
- Record, reconcile, and validate incoming payments and revenue transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to maintain the integrity of financial records.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities by preparing accurate reports and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal and global Finance teams to ensure compliance with corporate policies, reporting standards, and accounting procedures.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency within the Accounts Receivable function.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and provide support during internal and external audits.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and strengthen internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 4- 6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, as coordinator. Other experience or less time will be not consider.
- Previous experience in a multinational company is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
