As a key leader on the Energy Service Team, the Coordination Manager oversees daily operations and performance of the Commercial Coordination team, driving KPIs, strategic initiatives, and operational excellence. Oversee daily operations and coach the team to meet expectations and achieve resultsOptimize FST schedules using current systems and dashboards while leading the transition to automation and AI tools for greater accuracy and efficiency; lead adoption of automation and AI tools to streamline workflows and improve scalabilityRefine processes for efficiency, compliance, and standardizationDeliver training on core skills and new technologies aligned with business goals; build a high-performing culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovationPartner with leadership on goals and performance targetsResolve complex challenges proactively with end-to-end ownershipPerform other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
