What To Expect
The Tesla Registration Advisor role is a part of the Sales and Delivery team that works with both internal and external stakeholders to manage all aspects of the vehicle registration process.
What You'll Do
Manage all aspects of the vehicle registration process including collecting customer documentation and processing new/used vehicle registrations via dealer management systems, number plate management, accurate calculation of local fees and charges and document generation Validating and ensuring all customer information is accurate and compliant in accordance with all ID documents prior to registering the vehicle Work closely with key internal stakeholders to support customers throughout their Tesla journey Regular administrative audits to maintain revenue recognition compliance Ensure accurate record keeping and form generation in alignment with local state transport authority guidelines and state government legislations. Processing vehicle fines, notice of disposals of trade-ins etc. Some customer communications when required Support with additional retail related tasks as needed, including but not limited to test drives, events, calls, trade-in intake, vehicle handovers and other retail activities. Ability to work evening hours or weekends during peak periods
